Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your ShadowX gear. If you're not satisfied, here's how we can help:

1. Return Eligibility
  • Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • We do not accept returns on:

    • Worn or washed apparel.

    • Sale or discounted items.

    • Items returned beyond 3 days.

2. How to Request a Return
  • Email us at info@theshadowx.com with your order ID and reason for return.

  • Once approved, we’ll guide you through the pickup or drop-off process.

3. Refunds
  • Refunds are issued as store credit only.

  • No cash or original payment refunds are offered.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or issue store credit.
