1. Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

We do not accept returns on:

Worn or washed apparel.

Sale or discounted items.

Items returned beyond 3 days.
2. How to Request a Return

Email us at info@theshadowx.com with your order ID and reason for return.

Once approved, we’ll guide you through the pickup or drop-off process.
3. Refunds

Refunds are issued as store credit only.

No cash or original payment refunds are offered.
4. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a wrong or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or issue store credit.
